Message from the Founder

Dear clients, dear partners,

Hello, and welcome to the PH Group website.

In 2015, when we founded our consulting firm specializing in business intermediation and business administration, we clearly defined our ambition: the development of the social housing sector in the Republic of Gabon. At the time, the business climate and access to land were much more limited, and the context was very different from what it is today; we were pioneers.

Today, due to strong political will, the real estate sector, particularly access to affordable land, is making great strides.

As part of our 2025–2030 strategy, we are placing these years under the banner of determination and tangible achievements visible to all. The development strategy we are implementing is built around the establishment of partnerships aimed at launching projects with a direct impact on the population, including: subdivision development; support in land title regularization; construction of affordable housing; sale of developed and secured plots at low cost; and implementation of solutions for first-time buyers to facilitate and encourage property ownership.

The financing of these projects is entirely private, thanks to our network of financial partners and the business models we implement. At PH Group, our focus is on the State, individuals, and entrepreneurs. The products and services we offer are based above all on the principles of proximity and responsiveness.

As a socially responsible company, our goals remain the same: to continue contributing to the development of collective well-being by supporting the Government in its social housing policy on a daily basis.
