PH Travaux Public

On June 4, 2024, PH Travaux Publics signed a subdivision development agreement authorizing the development and marketing of 2,120 plots of land from the land titles of the Gabonese Republic.

Through the concept of One Gabonese, One Plot, which has become a benchmark land program, the PH Group actively participates in democratizing access to secure land in Gabon. The program provides serviced plots of 500 m² with title deeds, primarily intended for households wishing to build decent housing at an affordable cost.e.

Stage 1 MFOULAYONG

The housing development is located on a 42-hectare site in the 1st district of the Ntoum municipality. The MFOULAYONG project plans to develop 350 social housing plots. Launched in November 2024, the project exemplifies an innovative approach where the State retains land ownership while PH Travaux Publics handles the financing, development, structuring, and marketing of the plots.

Thanks to the impetus of the public authorities, the acquisition cost has been reduced to 2,500,000 FCFA including VAT, making the program accessible to a greater number of citizens. Payment plans in several installments also enhance the social inclusivity of the project.

Stage 2 OKOLASSI

The OKOLASSI project involves the development of a social housing estate in the 2nd district of the municipality of Ntoum. Beyond the creation of 300 social housing plots, this project also aims to regularize the land tenure of the people living on the site.

Plots of 500 m² will be sold there starting from 2,500,000 FCFA excluding VAT, with a strong ambition: to promote secure, structured and sustainable access to land ownership.

Stage 3 MOUVINGUI

Developed in partnership with the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), the MOVINGUI urban development project covers an area of ​​385 hectares in the Okolassi area. Under this agreement, signed on July 1, 2025, PH Travaux Publics is responsible for producing 390 ready-to-build social housing plots on a 25-hectare site.

The project proposes :

  • plots of 400 m² starting from 2 000 000 FCFA HT ;
  • plots of 500 m² starting from 2 500 000 FCFA HT .

    • MOVINGUI is part of a modern territorial development dynamic aimed at sustainably meeting the growing needs for housing and secure land in Gabon.
