In 2015, when we founded our business brokerage and business administration consulting firm, we clearly defined our ambition: to actively contribute to the economic and social development of Gabon, particularly through concrete solutions in sectors with a strong social impact, such as housing, energy, and road infrastructure.

At a time when access to land and housing remained particularly complex, we chose to act boldly and with conviction, positioning ourselves among the pioneers of a new real estate dynamic in Gabon

Today, thanks to institutional advancements and a strong political will, the sector is undergoing a major transformation. In this context, the PH Group intends to fully play its role as a strategic player in territorial and social development.

Through our 2025-2030 strategy, we are implementing high-impact social projects designed to sustainably improve living conditions: land development, land regularization, construction of affordable housing, water supply, marketing of serviced plots, and support for first-time homebuyers.

Our business model relies on solid private financing, supported by a network of leading technical and financial partners. This ability to mobilize resources allows us to offer accessible, innovative, and sustainable solutions.
